Terms, in plain language
Effective July 14, 2026. Using QuoteJig means you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are, and where we're at
QuoteJig is operated and built by REBG Group Ltd, based in Bulgaria.
QuoteJig is in open beta. That means a small team, fast fixes, and the occasional rough edge. We won't pretend otherwise, and we'll tell you plainly when something breaks or changes.
2. The deal
- Trial: 14 days, full product, no card required to start.
- Plans: Solo $79/month (1 user) and Crew $149/month (5 users). If you subscribe, it's month-to-month from day 15 — no annual contracts, no credits, cancel anytime from Settings.
- Quotes: unlimited on every plan.
- Export: your full price book and all quotes export any day, on every plan, including during the trial.
If your trial ends and you don't subscribe, your data isn't held hostage: your quotes and price book stay readable and exportable. Only new AI drafting stops until you subscribe.
3. What the guarantee means — exactly
The guarantee is about price provenance. QuoteJig never makes up a price. Every priced line comes from your price book; anything the assist can't match to your book becomes a "Needs your number" row, and a quote cannot be sent while any such blank remains.
The guarantee is not a promise of scope completeness. The assist works from the notes you give it. It can miss scope you didn't say, and it does not verify that a quote covers all the work a job needs. The review screen exists so you catch that.
4. Your quotes are yours — including responsibility for them
QuoteJig is a drafting tool, not an estimator. We make no warranty that any quote is accurate, complete, or profitable. You review, approve, and own every quote you send. Prices, quantities, scope, markups, taxes, and compliance with your local rules are your call and your responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
Don't break the law with it, don't try to break it (probing, scraping, reselling access), and don't upload content you have no right to use. We can suspend accounts that do; if we ever have to, you still get your export.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows: QuoteJig is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost bids, or jobs priced wrong — and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
7. Changes to the service or these terms
It's a beta: features will change. If we change these terms or pricing in a way that affects you, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect — existing month-to-month subscribers keep their price until we say otherwise in writing, and trials already started are honored in full.
8. Cancellation
Cancel from Settings, any time, in a couple of clicks — no call, no retention script. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you've paid for and doesn't renew.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
